Hrm. The basic idea is nice. Perhaps maybe why you're not happy with it is cause it lacks the depth that some of your other pieces have? Might try adding something to the bottom right...Perhaps fade yellow concentric circles back or something? Pull some lines from that corner towards the subject in a contrasting colour?
The 2 things that stand out the most that I honestly think are dreadful are the backround and the drop shadow.
1. The drop shadow is both too dark and too solid. Definently need to fade the oppacity of that.
2. The backround looks like you saved it as a .gif. The colors are colliding in a way where a gradient is all you need. This especially goes for the bottom right portion of the backround, I mean you can see the lines of color and how they clash.
Another thing I noticed is that its very plain. Sometimes a render is all you need but in this case its not enough to grab my attention for more than 10-20 seconds. It gets very old very fast. Try putting a stronger focal point in it or putting in more stuff to look at.
The render style also doesnt seem to have any flow. It seems to collide from a solid brick object to a smooth flowing wisp. (Example: top right of the render where the long organic wisp is) If you are going to make a peice this simple with just 1 thing to look at, I recommend upping the the resolution to get a good deal of details.
Well thats my 2 cents, agree or not agree, thats what I think
dont like man , you need to do something different.
not jsut put in a render alright man
just cause you get a lot of fkn comments that r like" omg I WISH I WAS YOU or w.ee i mean..
popularity means nothing
lately your art skills are pathetic.
work on your pieces longer man
put more detail, ect.
Personally I didnt mind this piece, The model seems to have that "bubblegum" look to it in some place's, thats usually due to it being over deformed if you know what I'm saying. And the part that extents to the right seem to be slightly off, maybe if it was facing in the oppisite direction it wouldnt stick out so much. I like the subtle blue touch tho.
